The grounds were fine, we saw sloths and other wildlife just hanging around. Plus, the breakfast had such a great variety, I wasn’t expecting to be treated to that level of food while on vacation.

It was a bit pricey but honestly for what you got, I’ll take it.

Just a suitable option for a city holiday in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca with outstanding value for money. The grounds are filled with remarkable wildlife, including colorful tiny frogs and sloths—quite an enjoyable surprise! Bring your own snacks. food can get pretty pricey around here.

The jungle house offered a clean and comfortable space with a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to enjoy the beauty of our surroundings. Breakfast featured delicious, well-cooked omelettes and homemade ice cream, adding a delightful touch to our meals. Unfortunately, staff response to our request to modify our stay was slow and unhelpful, reflecting poor communication practices. While the amenities were decent, some slight maintenance issues overshadowed the overall experience.

Had a fantastic group trip! We took surf lessons with local teachers and explored the largest natural marine aquarium in the area, thanks to the coral reef. The pool area was lively with wildlife, and those refreshing drinks from the wetbar made our stay even better. It’s a great spot to unwind and enjoy the nature around!

One downside was the bike rentals weren't available, which was a bummer since we were looking forward to exploring on bikes. We had to find rentals off-site, taking away some convenience.

Can just recommend for a weekend pause

heart of the rainforest, surrounded by wildlife like sloths and monkeys. However, the internet was not great, which was a bit frustrating at times during our stay.

The stay was highly enjoyable, with a spacious and clean King Bungalow Jungle View that offered a great ambiance. The staff was welcoming and attentive, especially Edwin at reception and Junior in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet featured a wide array of options, including an egg cooking station and fresh fruit, which set a positive tone for each day. The tranquil surroundings provided the perfect escape, enhanced by the sights of sloths and other wildlife.
